EXCHANGES/ RETURNS and Refund Policy:

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as all shoes are hand customized for the customer after the order has been placed. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges because of color as each screen display is set to different settings. 

If you have a sizing question before you order please review the item description as most listings include our sizing recommendation. If you have further question please don't hesitate to ask. We want you to have the perfect fit.

CUSTOMS and IMPORT FEES/ TAXES/ DUTIES:

If the style originally purchased is no longer available, buyer must select from another style in the shop and is responsible for difference in price, if any. 

All Customs and or Import fees and duties are full responsibly of the buyer.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship all items via UPS or USPS within 7-14 Business Days as each pair is hand customized for the buyer after the order has been placed. 

BILLING POLICY:

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
